The SUMO Protease, also known as ULP1 peptidase, has shown outstanding effectiveness and accuracy in cleaving recombinant SUMO fusion proteins. It incorporates a 6x His Tag to facilitate its easy removal from the processed protein sample. With over 90% purity in the form of a single band, it is free from any non-specific protease contamination.
