- Specificity: The kit contains three sialic acid affinity reagents for the detection, differentiation, or enrichment of sialoglycans, along with Pan Sialidase and Alpha 2,3 Sialidase enzymes to easily obtain a complete profile of the sialic acid linkages in samples. These highly purified affinity reagents are designed for sensitive, robust, and specific detection of various sialic acid linkages commonly found in glycoconjugates (glycoproteins, glycolipids, and oligo- or polysaccharides).
