beta-N-Acetylglucosaminidase

Beta-N-Acetylglucosaminidase 是一種重組的 β-N-乙醯基葡萄糖胺酶，選殖自肺炎鏈球菌 (Streptococcus pneumoniae)，並在大腸桿菌 (Escherichia coli) 中表現，其 N 端帶有 8xHis 標籤。它能專一性地催化水解寡糖與醣蛋白受質上的 non-reducing terminal N-Acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) 。

Description: This product is recombinant β-N-Acetylglucosaminidase (glycosyl hydrolase family GH20; E.C. 3.2.1.52), cloned from Streptococcus pneumoniae and expressed in Escherichia coli with an N-terminal 8xHis tag. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of the non-reducing terminal N-Acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) from oligosaccharides and glycoprotein substrates.

Content: Purified lyophilized powder
Reconstitution: Dissolve the lyophilized product in 100 μL of molecular grade water to make a 5,000 units/mL solution in the Buffer.
Buffer: 50 mM Tris, 100 mM NaCl, pH 7.5
Storage: -20 °C as powder. Once reconstituted, 4 °C for five days or -20 °C for up to six months. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
