While antibodies dissolved in pure water or PBS/HEPES yield optimal labeling efficiency, our labeling method is also compatible with solutions containing EDTA, Sucrose, Sodium chloride, Trehalose, <0.1% BSA, <50% Glycerol, and <50mM Tris.
最佳的標定效率是溶於純水或 PBS / HEPES 中的抗體，但我們的標記方式也可以兼容溶液中含有 EDTA, Sucrose, Sodium chloride, Trehalose, <0.1% BSA, <50% Glycerol, <50mM Tris。

Please Note 注意事項
Only purified antibodies can undergo labeling, and the concentration should be above 1 µg/µl. If your antibody concentration is lower, please contact us to inquire about the possibility of concentration prior to labeling.
僅有純化後的抗體能進行標定，且濃度需要在 1 µg/µl 以上。如您的抗體濃度較低，請先與我們聯絡詢問濃縮的可能。
The antibody buffer solution should not contain the following substances: Thiomersal, Proclin, Glycine, DTT, Arginine, Glutathione. If you intend to label with HRP, sodium azide should not be included in the buffer solution.
抗體的緩衝液中不能包含：Thiomerosal、Proclin、Glycine、DTT、Arginine、Glutathione。若您要標記HRP，則不能包含sodium azide。
Site-specific Antibody Conjugation
特定位點抗體標定
By utilizing site-specific antibody labeling, not only can the interference with antigen binding be avoided, but also the orientation of antibodies on the surface can be ensured. This approach enhances the density of antigen binding sites, thereby improving the sensitivity of immune analysis.
抗體偶聯標記通常會在不特定的位點上隨機進行鍵結，這樣做除了讓標記程度不均勻外，也有可能影響到抗體與抗原的結合。特別是您的研究涉及對抗體本身特性的測定，或是動力學分析，那麼特定位點的抗體標記便是更好的選擇。透過固定位點的抗體標記，不僅可以避免影響抗原結合，還可以確保抗體在表面上的固定方向，提高抗原結合位點的密度，進而增強免疫分析的靈敏度。
